Meet Evadney…
Evadney Campbell MBE, is the Managing Director & co-founder of Shiloh PR.
She was awarded an MBE by the Queen in 1994 for her services to the African and Caribbean communities in Gloucester following her dedication to charity work.
A former BBC broadcast journalist, Evadney has worked in a variety of roles including radio presenting and as a news reporter for TV and radio. Evadney is also author of the book ‘How to Carry out Media Interviews’ and is an international speaker/trainer who has had engagements across West Africa, the Caribbean, the UK and Europe.
Evadney can be frequently seen on mainstream media including BBC radio/TV and Channel 5 News, as well as numerous radio stations, newspapers and magazines. She’s listed as one the UK’s 100 most influential entrepreneurs, featured in the Women in PR ‘45 Over 45′ 2022 list and was the WINTRADE President Award’s winner 2019.
Evadney is an ambassador for Women in PR (WIPR) and also a judge for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards (GBEA) and the Royal Television Society Journalism Awards.
Evadney is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire, Luton and University College London.
Meet Karen…
One of the co-founders of Shiloh PR, Karen Campbell has 15+ years experience of working in the media. A social media marketing and digital content specialist, she has delivered creative digital and social media campaigns and content for some of the UK’s biggest entertainment brands.
Karen began her career in public relations handling accounts for various Heatlh Authority Trusts in the West Midlands. Karen then moved into broadcast, joining the BBC as one of the founding production team members at BBC Radio 1Xtra.
She went on to work in a variety of roles, from producing both mainstream and specialist music shows, to producing digital content for both BBC Radio 1Xtra and Radio 1 websites and social media.
Karen’s expertise in the digital field has led to her going on to produce and manage website and social media content for Kiss FM, BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra in addition to leading social media marketing for BBC iPlayer, ODEON Cinemas and Sport England, including their award-winning This Girl Can and We Are Undefeatable campaigns.
Meet Aitana...
Aitana Bayarri is the PR Executive at Shiloh PR. She is an MA graduate in Public Relations at University of the Arts London. She specializes in events and social media and has public relations experience both in the UK and in her native Spain.
Aitana started her career in journalism, writing for various magazines while completing her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Linguistics. She then moved to PR working as an event assistant for one of the biggest event organizers in Valencia, Spain. She recently decided to expand her knowledge in the communications sector by completing a Master’s degree in Public Relations at University of the Arts London.
